First line of contact for phonetix users and anyone reaching out through our channels. You'll answer questions, triage issues, and escalate what you can't resolve.
Keeps our community spaces (Discord and elsewhere) safe, on-topic, and welcoming. Moderators enforce our rules consistently and handle conflict without escalating it.
Works directly on Rovek products — phonetix and whatever comes next. This is hands-on-code work with real users depending on it, not a learning sandbox.
All ages are minimums, not guarantees of acceptance. Meeting the age bar makes you eligible to apply — it doesn't guarantee a role. All staff positions are unpaid/volunteer unless otherwise agreed in writing, and can be ended by either side at any time.
